At FFAME we believe that CONSISTENT EXERCISE, WELL-BALANCED NUTRITION, and LIVING DRUG FREE are the three most important factors in achieving extraordinary health. We share the sentiments of the Grandfather of the Modern Day Fitness Revolution Jack LaLanne, who said, “Exercise is King, nutrition is Queen, put them together and you’ve got a kingdom.” We feel that consistent exercise is King (notice the word CONSISTENT – meaning weekly – before exercise) because in our observations people who are going to take the time to exercise consistently a few times each week are also more conscience of what goes in there body in terms of food. People who exercise consistently are also less likely to partake of cigarettes and other harmful drugs. What do you think? |
